I don't write reviews like this often but Felipe really deserves it as he not only met but actually exceeded our expectations. I actually doubt we would now own a home without his help. It didn't happen quite as I expected. Felipe was doing an open house and we stumbled across it. Later , my wife told me the place was on her radar but a bit out of our price range so she never suggested having a look. I walked in anyway as I needed out of the car and knew immediately she would love it. Felipe provided just the right amount of friendly aggressiveness in getting me to tender an offer. The market was only starting to go crazy again so bidding a bit low still made sense. Felipe told us the company that had flipped the place owed him a favor so he would have first dibs to get our offer in despite several competitive offers. Not yet really knowing Felipe yet, I assumed this was a BS broker's line. Later, found out this was no line and we would have lost out to a higher offer if this weren't the case. Point is that Felipe is honest, aggressive in a good way, and gets the job done in a timely, expedient manner. I also got the impression he reads people well so should be great at showing suitable properties for all his customers. BTW, he also is great at hooking you up with a network of reliable people for all your needs. I really don't think you could go wrong with Felipe as your broker.
